Chlebek dyniowy z posypką z domowej granoli

Przepis na kolejny zdrowy i smaczny chlebek z dodatkiem lnu oraz babki plesznik, rośliny która ma właściwości podobne do siemienia lnianego.  Pomaga uregulować prace jelit, reguluje poziom cukru we krwi. Po zjedzeniu chlebka zmniejsza się uczucie głodu oraz przyspiesza przemianę materii. Bardzo polecam.


~Składniki~
  • 1 szklanka pure z dyni 
  • 2 szklanki mąki migdałowej
  • 1/2 szklanka mielonego lnu
  • 2 łyżki babki plesznik
  • 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
  • 1/2 łyżeczki soli
  • 1 łyżeczka cynamonu
  • 4 jajka
  • 1 łyżka syropu z agawy
  • 1/4 szklanka oleju kokosowego
  • Na wierzch: 3-4 łyżki granoli lub pestek z dyni
Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180C
W misce wymieszać mąkę migdałową, zmielony len, babkę plesznik, proszek do pieczenia, cynamon i sól. 
W drugiej misce rozbełtać jajka, dodać roztopiony olej kokosowy, syrop z agawy i pure z dyni. Suche składniki wymieszać z mokrymi. Wyłożyć do podłużnej prostokątnej formy, wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Piec ok. 15 min. następnie posmarować wierzch chlebka syropem z agawy i posypać granolą lub pestkami dyni. Piec kolejne 15-20 min. Wystudzone ciasto wyjąc z foremki i jeszcze jakiś czas studzić na kratce.

Pumpkin bread with homemade granola

Recipe for another healthy and delicious bread with the addition of pumpkin pure and ground flax and psyllium, a plant that has properties similar to linseed. It helps regulate the work of the intestines, regulates blood sugar levels. After eating the bread it reduces hunger and increases metabolism. I highly recommend it.

~Ingredients~
  • 1 cup of pumpkin pure 
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax
  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium
  • 2 spoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • On top: 3-4 tablespoons of granola or pumpkin seeds

Preheat the oven to 180C
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, ground flax, psyllium grandmother, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, stir the eggs, add the melted coconut oil, agave syrup and mashed pumpkin. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet. Put to the longitudinal rectangular form, lined with baking paper. Bake approx. 15 min. then coat the top of bread with agave syrup and sprinkle with granola or pumpkin seeds. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. When cooled remove the cake from the mold and put for some time to let it cool on a wire rack.
